I was born in Tarsus on 21.05.1984. I am registered in Çamlıyayla and live in Tarsus. My father is a retirement worker and my mother is a housewife. I am married and have a child. I completed my education with the training I obtained between Kurtuluş Elementary School (1990-1998), Tarsus Industrial Vocational High school (1998-2001) and Marmara University Technical Education Faculty (2004-2008). I did my teaching internship at Ümraniye Technical High School and Haydarpaşa Industrial Vocational High School. In 2013, I was entitled to the Occupational Health and Safety Expertise (Class C) title successfully in the OSH specialization exam which was opened by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. I did my military service in 2009 as a short term in Ankara Provincial Gendarmerie Command. I worked in Masel Kalıp Ltd.Co. In 2009 I started to work as a Warehouse Manager at Tarsus Municipality. I was appointed to the position of Tarsus Municipality Procurement Directorate in 2011. In 2014, I carried out the duty of Cleaning Services Department, Machine Supply Maintenance and Repair Manager. I am currently in charge of the Directorate of Private Secretary.


The organization structure of Tarsus Municipality has been determined in accordance with the articles 18, 48 and 49 of the Municipality Law No 5393 and "The Principles Regarding Norm Staff and Principle Standards of Municipalities and Affiliated Organizations and Local Administration Unions" published in the Official Gazette dated 22.02.2007 and numbered 26442. On 06/04/2007 it was discussed at the Tarsus Municipal Assembly Meeting and dated. Duties, Authority and Working Regulations have been prepared in the Municipal Units and in the enterprises in order to prevent the waste of labor and economic resources and to increase the productivity in the service.
The Duties, Authorities and Responsibilities of the Directorate and the Municipal Assembly Decision dated 01/09/2009 and numbered 2009 / 8-1 (16) are as follows.


Based on the Municipal Law no. 5393, the duties of the Special Administrative Department are authorized to perform all duties assigned to him by the Mayor within the framework of the laws.


  • To make the Mayor’s daily schedules,
  • To follow oral or written requests for the mayor,
  • Providing all communication and communication of the Mayor,
  • To ensure that the Mayor’s private official correspondence is followed and concluded by all correspondence of the directorate,
  • Evaluating the letters and petitions received from the Mayor and referring them to the relevant units, summarizing the subject with the upper text and presenting it to the Mayor,
  • Representation and hospitality services.


It is the responsibility of the Directorate of Private Secretary to carry out and carry out the duties specified in the legislation of the mayor and the duties described in this regulation with due care and promptness.
